About

Situated just steps from the largest multimodal transit hub west of Mississippi, Station 16 and Gateway at Millbrae Station provide access to San Francisco, the Peninsula, and Silicon Valley through BART and Caltrain. Station 16 is one BART stop and 1-mile away from San Francisco International Airport (SFO). With decreased commute time and access to employers throughout the Bay Area, the Project offers residents far shorter travel times to “blue chip” employers.

Station 16 is a fresh new take on living, with California-modern design and spacious, light-filled living spaces. All residents benefit from the walkable community setting and instant access to retail, dining, and outdoor areas, as well as onsite transit and BART. The interiors feature natural palettes and the latest finishes while the stylish amenity spaces offer hip places for entertaining, gathering and retreating.

Station 16 contains 320 apartment units in a 90-foot tall building with an at-grade parking structure and an automated parking lift system. The building also features 13,414 square feet of ground floor retail. The building team for Station 16, led by Republic Urban Properties, Blach & Cahill and Prescient Co. pioneered the success of the light gauge steel framing system that utilizes design integration, engineering, advanced manufacturing, and rapid assembly to cut overall project costs and reduce project schedules throughout the construction process.
