Meridian at Midtown

Meridian at Midtown is located in midtown San Jose, less than a mile away from the planned Google campus which will house over 20,000 employees.

The $74 million development includes 218 apartment units with 14,177 SF of premier retail space serving the local community and enhancing the revitalized neighborhood.

After receiving all of the necessary entitlements in December 2012, Republic completed the ground-up development of Meridian in November 2014. In October 2018, Republic sold the property to Essex Property Trust (NYSE:ESS) for $104 million.
