Casey De Simone is the Vice President of Finance at Republic Holdings Corporation, supporting the CFO in all financial and tax-related matters.
Prior to joining Republic, Ms. De Simone was the Senior Director of Accounting & Operations at Brand Street Properties (formerly known as Charter Realty), managing all the property accounting and tax reporting for 20 shopping center assets under management for internal ownership and third-party clients. She was also responsible for all corporate accounting, investor relations, human resources, and information technology.
Before her time at Brand Street Properties, Ms. De Simone was the Chief Financial Officer of Greenwich, Connecticut-based Lucerne Capital Management, L.P., a hedge fund that focused on trading European equities. She began her career at BDO as an international tax consultant in the transfer pricing department and holds Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University. Ms. De Simone grew up in the suburbs of San Francisco and currently resides with her family in Westchester County, New York.
