Adam McMichael

Adam McMichael is Managing Director at Republic Development Group (RDG) based in Charlotte and primarily covering the Carolinas for the Republic Family of Companies. Mr. McMichael has more than fifteen years of post-graduate experience in real estate investments and real estate development, and his responsibilities for RDG include acquisitions, development strategies, and project management. Over the course of his career, Mr. McMichael has contributed to the acquisition or entitlement of more than 7,500 multifamily units and more than 650,000 sf of commercial space with McKinley, Inc based in Ann Arbor, MI and with Prometheus Real Estate Group, based in San Mateo, CA. These ventures including projects in Portland, Silicon Valley and throughout several southeast markets including Orlando, Atlanta, Charlotte, Tampa Bay and the Raleigh-Durham triangle.

Adam is from South Carolina, and he currently lives in Lake Wylie with his family. He graduated from the College of Charleston and earned a Master of Real Estate at the University of Florida.
