Adam McMichael

Adam McMichael is Senior Vice President of Development at Republic based in Charlotte covering major Southeastern markets. Adam has more than thirteen years of post-graduate experience in real estate investments and real estate development and his responsibilities include acquisitions, development strategies, and overseeing design, engineering and construction.

Adam began his post graduate career with McKinley, Inc. on the investments team leading acquisition and redevelopment projects throughout the southeast, he spent more than seven years developing projects in the Bay Area, most recently with Prometheus Real Estate Group, and relocated to Charlotte to lead east coast development opportunities for Martin Fein Interests in Raleigh, Nashville and Charlotte. Over the course of his career, Adam has acquired or entitled more than 7,500 multifamily units and more than 650,000 sf of commercial space in Portland, Silicon Valley and throughout the southeast in major metropolitan areas including Orlando, Atlanta, Charlotte, Tampa Bay and Raleigh.

Adam hails from South Carolina, graduated from the College of Charleston and earned a Master of Real Estate at the University of Florida. He currently lives in Lake Wylie, South Carolina with his wife and two sons.
