Aaron Mendelsohn

Aaron manages Republic's Los Angeles office, founded in 2018. Republic's SoCal projects include two multi-acre mixed-use developments in partnership with the YMCA and several high-rise residential and TOD projects in Hollywood and Downtown LA. In addition to supervising the planning, entitlement and construction of LA projects, Aaron spearheads Republic's efforts to respond to regional transit authority, agency, city and institutional RFPs. Prior to real estate development, Aaron was a Hollywood screenwriter and professor at Loyola Marymount University. He lives in Studio City with his wife and two daughters.
