After a competitive RFP process, Republic Metropolitan and co-developers Arteco Partners and Creative Housing Associates were selected by the University of Redlands to develop a 30-acre “town and gown” village adjacent to campus that offers a range of dynamic asset and housing types lining the streets: 1050 units within an attractive variety of stacked flats and garden townhomes; 55,000 square feet of walkable retail including fine dining, shops and a food hall; 50,000 square feet of flex space for offices and live/work spaces; a 70+ key boutique hotel; and a Village Green that enhances the Arrow Line transit station, anchors the village commons and elevates the overall sense of place and destination.
