The Colonnade

The Colonnade is a master planned and phased development project on 33 acres in Charlotte. The project includes hospitality, retail anchors, shops, and mixed-use multifamily, and may ultimately include public private partnerships. This unique opportunity was awarded to Republic Development Group after a very competitive RFP process and the phased project is slated to start in 2026.
