Located at the Redwood City Caltrain Station, this multi-family residential project, situated on property along with the American Legion Post 105 facilities, will primarily serve workers commuting to and from the nation’s center of information technology, Silicon Valley, and veterans seeking affordable housing. Boasting a classic architectural design, this transit-oriented development (TOD) will consist of five floors of residential over three podium floors of parking and will include 153 market-rate units, 58 veterans-preference affordable units, and 300 parking spaces for use by residents and Post 105 members. The project will also include newly designed and built Post 105 facilities, an on-site lounge and restaurant, and an on-site Veterans Affairs office.
This $106 million project is scheduled to open in the spring of 2023.
