Located off I-95 and approximately 30 minutes south of Washington, D.C., Potomac Mills was the first of the Mills super-regional, destination outlet shopping malls.

With multiple anchors, approximately 200 retailers, an 18-screen movie theater, and over 30 restaurants, Potomac Mills quickly became one of the most popular and well-trafficked destinations in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area—and remains so to this day.
