Pender Business Park is located approximately 10 miles west of Washington, D.C. and five miles south of Dulles International Airport.

The Park is composed of four single- and multi-tenant Class-A buildings totaling 170,940 rentable square feet with convenient parking.

Republic acquired this property as a part of its RKB Washington Property Fund, which was later sold in a highly-successful public offering of that fund, and its assets, in December 2005.
