South San Francisco at Caltrain Station

San Francisco, CA
About

Located at the South San Francisco Caltrain Station, this contemporary designed lab science, R&D, office transit-oriented development (TOD) project will consist of 200,000 square feet of research and development space contained in five floors of 40,000-square-foot floor plates, with over two podium levels of parking providing 302 spaces for office workers. South San Francisco has become a hub for biotechnology, lab science, and research and development—and this project is well-situated to serve the growing demand for this industry’s office and R&D requirements, while simultaneously providing convenient public transit options for workers.

This $157 million project is scheduled to open in the spring of 2021.
