Located at the Santa Clara Caltrain Station, across the street from the University of Santa Clara, this purpose-built student-housing, transit-oriented development (TOD) will serve the university’s off-campus student housing requirements for generations to come. Boasting a handsome contemporary design, this project will consist of 186 units comprising 555 beds in four floors of residential over three podium floors of on-site parking, providing 372 parking spaces for residents, visitors, and Caltrain commuters. The project will also include some 20,000 square feet of destination retail and 12,000 square feet of medical office uses.
This $205.7 million project is scheduled to open in the Fall Semester, 2022.
