Georgetown Park

Georgetown Park’s site was assembled from a number of parcels at the center of the historic Georgetown neighborhood’s retail core in Washington, D.C. The 2.4-acre site is located on M Street and Wisconsin Avenue and spans the National Park Service’s historic C&O Canal.

The development redefined retail shopping in D.C. When opened, the first phase had some of the highest $/SF of retail sales nationwide and spurred the growth of retail shopping in Georgetown.

In addition to the retail space, Georgetown Park also includes a distinctive residential complex. There are 35 luxury condominiums provided in the historic nineteenth-century Canal House, plus an additional 93 units in the North Building at the Residences of Georgetown Park.
