Central Avenue is a mixed-use, primarily multi-family project optimally located adjacent to Charlotte's future Silver Line and between Charlotte's Plaza Midwood and Elizabeth neighborhoods. The project crosses two blocks, totaling over four acres and is planned for 380 units and 2500 sf of retail space. Republic Development Group entitled the site in close partnership with local community associations and is currently in design for the project which is set to start in Q1-2026. Republic Development Group is joined in this venture with Esen Development as a development and capital partner.
