Atlanta Civic Center

Republic, as lead partner of a team with The Michael’s Organization and Sophy Capital, will develop approximately 17 acres surrounding the existing Civic Center site in Midtown Atlanta.

The project includes approximately 1,300 units of mixed-income housing. Phase I program consists of approximately 150 stand-alone affordable units, a 265-unit market rate building, and 10,000 sf of retail.
