About

1201 Maryland Avenue is the third office building to be built as part of Republic’s Portals Complex. This monumental building is located on the Maryland Avenue Circle, diagonally across from the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, also located at the Portals.

The building features views of the U.S. Capitol building, as well as close up vistas of the Jefferson Memorial and Tidal Basin. Its 55,000 SF floors are configured to accommodate not only full floor tenants, but also allow for a mixture of smaller tenants with multiple elevator and building cores connecting to lobbies off of Maryland Avenue and D Street.

1201 Maryland Avenue features a mix of private and government tenants, including The Biotechnology Innovation Organization, Booz Allen Hamilton, Maximus, the Nuclear Nonproliferation Security Agency, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and the National Holocaust Museum Headquarters and Foundation.
