Nags Head Oasis

Republic Land acquired this property, which previously housed an oceanfront motel, and is in the process of re-developing it as a luxury, oceanfront residential development. The motel had been badly damaged in a hurricane, but Republic saw the value in the eight separately platted lots that the motel had been built on more than 40 years earlier. The first three homes have been completed, each of which is being offered for weekly vacation rentals.

Each home features 8 bedrooms, 8 and 2/2 bathrooms, private swimming pools, theater rooms, direct access to the beach, and ample views from Ocean to Sound from the multi-level decks. The nearby Jennette’s Pier has been re-built as a major tourist attraction featuring a NC Aquarium. An additional five oceanfront lots remain available for purchase or development.
