Republic Properties rolled out the red carpet in celebration for the grand opening of its Westmont Apartments in Arlington (www.westmontapartments.com).The unveiling event featured live music, DJs, a 360 photo booth and bites from numerous neighboring Arlington restaurants, including Bronson Bierhall, Five Guys and Jersey Mikes. Upon entry, guests enjoyed a champagne toast and learned more about the development project from Republic Properties principals and Arlington community leaders. The newly constructed 258,000-square-foot mixed-use Westmont Apartments, located at 925 South Glebe Road, offers a collection of 250 luxury apartment residences with architecture by Lessard Design, Inc. of Vienna, VA and interior design by Akseizer Design Group of Alexandria, VA. Leasing is managed by Gates Hudson.
