About

Eric Christensen is a Construction Manager at Republic Urban Properties. His primary responsibilities consist of management of multiple projects for Republic both in the Pre-Construction and Implementation phases. Eric’s projects range in scope from entire developments, to the build-out of retail and restaurant spaces for new commercial tenants within Republic’s properties. Mr. Christensen coordinates with General Contractors, Engineers, Municipalities, Commercial Real Estate Brokers & Tenants, and Republic’s Financial Partners frequently.

Mr. Christensen has managed a variety of Projects and Programs in over 20 years in the industry, including construction of Commercial, Corporate Campuses, High-Rise Residential, Industrial, Hospitality, and CapEx improvements on Mechanical Facilities. Program Management has included a Cyber Security XP Migration and Electrical Safety (Arc Flash Risk Assessment) Programs while with PG&E’s Gas Transmission Division.

Mr. Christensen has Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California State University Chico, and a Masters of Science in Management and Leadership from the Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business. Due to his success at Pepperdine, Mr. Christensen was accepted by Beta Gamma Sigma - The International Business Honor Society. This recognition for outstanding scholastic achievements is the highest honor of achievement at the Graziadio Business School and reserved for students placing within the top of their cohort.

As a collegiate athlete, Eric played Baseball at Chico State and was a starting 1B/C/DH on the 1997 NCAA Division-II World Series winning National Championship team. He was also appointed as an Alternate Team Captain by his coaches, and “Tough Guy” award recipient by his teammates that season.
