Lakeside I & II

Lakeside I & II are two Class-A office buildings which are located in a park-like setting, conveniently located south of Dulles Airport on Route 28.

One of the two buildings was designed to provide easy flex-space for direct loading from a lower level for secured deliveries or service use.

Republic acquired this property as a part of its RKB Washington Property Fund, which was later sold in a highly-successful public offering of that fund, and its assets, in December 2005.
